Maybe your body feels increasingly sensitive, reactive, or unpredictable — especially during stress or hormone changes.

 

Often, the problem isn’t effort.

It’s that the body is being asked to function inside a framework that doesn’t fit.

What this work looks like in practice

This is collaborative work.  This work is designed to be clear, supportive, and paced — not rushed or reactive.

You are not expected to “follow the plan” — you’re learning how to work with your body.

Step 1: Begin with the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire

The first step is completing the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ – Foundations & Body Systems), a free, educational tool that helps identify patterns related to nutrition, blood sugar balance, digestion, stress response, inflammation, and overall body systems. This questionnaire is not diagnostic and does not tell you what to do; instead, it provides a clearer picture of how your body may be responding and where support could be helpful. After reviewing your results, you’ll receive next steps and have the option to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

Step 2: Intro Call (20 minutes) 

After reviewing your Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire results, you’ll have the option to schedule a 20-minute Intro Call. This conversation is a chance to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to work on, and learn more about what Nutritional Therapy support at Nourivida Wellness looks like. We’ll talk through whether this approach feels like a good fit and review next steps, including program details and pricing, so you can make an informed decision without pressure.

Step 3: Initial Intake Session

If we decide to move forward, we begin with a 90-minute Initial Intake Session where we take a comprehensive look at your health history, current concerns, lifestyle rhythms, and the patterns your body has been responding to over time. This session sets the foundation for our work together, allowing us to identify priorities and create personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance that will be refined and supported throughout the 3-month program.

Step 4: Ongoing Support & Follow-Up Sessions

Throughout the 3-month Foundations Program, we meet twice per month for 45-minute follow-up sessions, held via video or in person. These sessions are used to observe patterns, refine nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and respond to your body’s feedback in real time. Rather than following a rigid plan, this phase focuses on learning what supports you best and making thoughtful, sustainable adjustments that fit your life.

Step 5: Continued Support Options

At the end of the 3-month Foundations Program, we’ll pause to reflect on progress and discuss next steps. Some clients choose to continue with another 3-month support cycle to deepen their work, while others transition into Nourivida’s membership space for ongoing education, community, and optional drop-in support. There is no expectation to continue — decisions are made collaboratively based on your needs, goals, and capacity.

A Note on Pace

This work is intentionally structured in 3-month increments to allow time for observation, adjustment, and meaningful change. Progress often comes from slowing down enough to understand what your body is responding to — rather than trying to do everything at once.
