Beginning in early 2026, Nourivida Wellness will expand to include Nutrition Therapy a whole-body approach designed to support the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health.
Led by Yvette McDonald, a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) and soon-to-be Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (graduating February 2026), this service will integrate the core five foundations that sustain wellness: nutrition, sleep, stress, blood sugar balance, and digestion.
Our goal is to help clients understand how their body’s internal systems influence mood, energy, and resilience, empowering you to make simple, sustainable shifts that support both brain and body health.
What Is Nutrition Therapy?
Nutrition Therapy helps you uncover the root causes of imbalances rather than managing symptoms alone. It’s not about restriction or perfection, it’s about rebuilding balance through food, lifestyle, and awareness of your body’s unique needs.
In each session, we explore the story your body is telling, connecting symptoms like fatigue, cravings, anxiety, irritability, or poor focus to the underlying systems that need nourishment and support.
The Five Foundations
At Nourivida Wellness, we believe true wellness begins with the five core foundations of health:
