At Nourivida Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality counseling, wellness, and educational services. Your time and our clinicians’ time are valuable, and clear policies help us honor both.

 

 

Counseling and Wellness Services

 

Payment for counseling, coaching, and nutrition sessions is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Because sessions are reserved specifically for you, refunds are not issued for completed services.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at the discretion of your provider.

 

 

Workshops, Courses, and Digital Products

 

All digital products (such as guides, eBooks, and self-paced courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@nourividawellness.com and we will gladly assist.

 

For workshops or group programs, refund eligibility depends on the program’s specific registration terms. Typically, refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date, minus any applicable processing fees.
