3. Insurance Information
We accept both in-network and out-of-network insurance plans for counseling services.
Coverage varies depending on your plan’s deductible, copay, and network status.
Before your first session, we recommend asking your provider:
-
What are my in-network or out-of-network mental health benefits?
-
What is my deductible and how much remains?
-
Does my plan cover tele-health sessions?
We are not currently contracted with:
Medicare, Medicaid, Florida KidCare, MediKids, Florida Health Kids, or CMS.
For Lyra EAP clients:
We proudly partner with Lyra Health, offering therapy sessions for employees and their families at no cost, depending on your plan’s benefits.

4. Should You Use Insurance for Therapy?
Whether to use insurance is a personal decision. Here are a few considerations to help guide you:
Pros:
-
Can make care more affordable and accessible
-
Applies toward your deductible or copay
Cons:
-
Requires a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement
-
Insurance companies may audit or access clinical information
-
May limit the number of sessions or provider options
Some clients prefer the privacy and flexibility of private pay, while others benefit from using insurance. We’re happy to discuss both options during your consultation.

5. Cancellation Policy
We value your time and hold each appointment exclusively for you.
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions are billed at the full session rate.
-
Insurance does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
6. Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.
We provide this estimate for all self-pay and out-of-network clients in compliance with the No Surprises Act.
