Our Patient Portal offers a secure, centralized space where you can connect with your clinician, complete forms, manage appointments, and access your account all in one place.
As a paperless, HIPAA-compliant practice, the portal is designed to make your experience smooth, private, and convenient.
You can use the portal to:

Complete intake forms and questionnaires before your first session

Request, view, or reschedule appointments

Join virtual (Telehealth) sessions

Set appointment reminders via text or email

Make payments using credit, debit, or HSA cards

How to Access the Portal
Once you’re invited, you’ll receive a welcome email from the Portal with a secure sign-in link to access your account.
Tip: Emails come from no-reply@simplepractice.com. Add this to your contacts so your portal messages never land in spam.
If your link expires (after 24 hours), you can request a new one or sign in using Google Login.
Inside the Portal
You’ll find three main areas to keep everything organized:

Appointments: View, request, or join upcoming sessions.

Documents: Complete or upload paperwork securely.

Billing & Payments: Review invoices, make payments, and manage receipts.
You can also message your clinician anytime using the chat bubble icon in the top right corner.
Your Information Is Secure
Our portal, hosted through SimplePractice, is fully encrypted and HIPAA-compliant. Your personal and health information is stored securely and never shared without your consent.
